We started as a passion project — a belief that a town this size deserves a place where coffee is treated like craft, pastries are made with real butter, and every guest feels like a regular.
We source our beans from roasters who share our respect for quality, and we bake on-site every morning so that what reaches your cup and your plate has only known freshness. It's not a marketing line — it's just how we do things, because this is our town too.
